SCANSPECTION COMPARATOR The YesTek ScanSpection comparator offers an entry level platform in to the world of scanner based optical inspection. The system is perfect for prototype and low volume batches. Programming is simple and typically for a new board type will take less than five minutes from start of programming to start of testing. The system requires a know good ‘Gold Board’ to act as the comparison template then the operator is presented with the image of the ‘Gold Board’ and the board under test is a toggling view. Faults like missing components, incorrect polarity, incorrect component type and many more need never be missed again.
