The Zahner CIMPS-EMIT is a specialised emission spectroscopy module for characterising electroluminescence and photoluminescence from semiconductor materials and devices. It enables researchers to study radiative recombination processes in solar cells, LEDs, and other optoelectronic devices by measuring emission spectra under controlled electrochemical and illumination conditions. The CIMPS-EMIT integrates with the Zahner CIMPS photoelectrochemical platform and Zennium workstations for comprehensive combined optical-electrical characterisation.
