The Zahner CIMPS-QE/IPCE is a turnkey measurement system for determining the quantum efficiency and incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency of photoelectrochemical cells and photovoltaic devices. It provides wavelength-resolved measurements of external quantum efficiency (EQE) and internal quantum efficiency (IQE) across the UV-Vis-NIR spectrum, essential for evaluating the performance of solar cells, photodetectors, and photocatalytic materials. The system includes calibrated light sources, a monochromator, and reference detectors, all controlled through Zahner's Thales software.
